florida wrap up

after all the amusement parks and rockets and atlantic ocean, we got ourselves to the good old home base in naples, florida: nana and papa's place. we were in the pool within 30 minutes of arrival. these guys don't miss a beat.



we sat down, quieted down, spent some family time, focused in on sudoku games for all, and surrounded ourselves with good company (including geckos and hibiscus blooms)

 



and of course: easter! baskets,

eggs,

egg hunts,


and divvying up the jelly beans while sporting nana's fancy fascinator.

and a little manatee hunting from a pontoon boat on the edge of the everglades.

and when it was time to pack up, we almost had a hitch hiker....
