food cart fan

i've got a place i go for lunch every day at work. it's a food cart on library mall, on the edge of campus. it serves giant vegetarian avocado spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce for $3.50. i don't know why the avocado alone doesn't cost that much. the line is enormous, which makes sense.

i was in line earlier this week when two folks from wisconsin public radio did a little interview with me in their series exploring food cart culture. my quote made it to the piece, and if you give this one minute of listening, you'll hear me. i'm a star.
