spring is coming

it's been a big snowy winter with a long cold tail, but i found some sure signs that it's over. the robins and geese are here, the snow is running like muddy garbage filled rivers into the sewer, and the sap is running fast and furious out of the front yard maple tree.


even these little early snowdrop fellows are valiantly pushing up through the ice that remains.
