when i married david, i suspected he'd be a good parent. the reality is that he's the best parent. he is the most natural, patient, kind, fun, giving, and loving father ever. father's day started out of town (see previous post) at 4 am with screaming kids and a sleep deprived wife, and was followed by a 4 hour drive (that started at 6 am), and then featured temper tantrums (the kids, obvs), a napping spouse (me), and a frozen pizza as a total afterthought for "dinner" at 930 pm. you know what? he was so gracious about it. next year, it's lavish attention and picnics and stuff. i promise. i mean, i've got two really big reasons to celebrate him:
