the oregon trail generation

i'm putting this here because i want to always be able to find it. it is perfect. me and david and all our friends--we are not really gen x kids. we are not millenials. we are just ourselves, of course, american kids, a product of our families and the 80s and 90s.  but we also grew up with typewriters first, then personal computers in the dorms.  we had landlines first, but had cellphones by the time we graduated from college. we had card catalogs and dewey decimal first, then google in graduate school. it was a pretty cool time to grow up.

plus, we had the oregon trail.
