hold on. i was about to start writing about door county and the road trip, but then i found this adorable surprise video on my phone from the day we departed for the road trip. based on noises in the  background, it's clear that i'm in the kitchen blowing my nose, and ben is at the back door, meowing loudly and begging to be let out. but here are these two, on the first day of their road trip, awaiting their chance to be packed into the car, taking videos of one another singing sunday school songs.
