for me, that includes cleaning sticky spider eggs sacs from the window frames and window screens and every single surface on the exterior of the house (how are those things so sticky? how can science harness that degree of adhesive? why am i SO GROSSED out by those little sticky cottony balls?).
for the kids, that includes wearing shorts and taking their crazy outside and watching me do battle with last fall's spider egg sac detritus.
in much cuter small bug related news, the hammock is home to a very active chrysallis these days. that's wigely caterpillar in there.

and speaking of cleaning sticky messes, guess who is wearing underwear these days. it's not without some messy challenges, but it's amazing and adorable and impressive all at the same time.
