christmas eve

twas the night before christmas, and....i had to work.

but after that, it was all church and cozy friend and family time and drinks and santa.

check out this sassy little face. in CHURCH, no less.

after a totally lovely and welcoming afternoon spent with dear friends and their family, we came home, tore open a few gifts, tucked the monkeys into bed, mixed up a few nog cocktails, and stuffed stockings. i have never loved christmas eve more than i do now that i am a parent.
