holiday family time

my sister came to madison, cousins had adorable sleepovers, and the whole team biked to the turkey trot in the neighborhood. it was a perfect start to a perfect long thanksgiving weekend.

trot team, ready to run/walk a grueling 2 miles.

bucky was there,

and the cousin crew was hot on the starting blocks.

running up the hill,

and jumping hijinks along the course.

then we caravanned to plymouth to start the big meal get-together.
the kid's table was a wild table.

the day after the meal, the cat took a walk,

the family played some high intensity soccer,

 
 uncle dana got wrestled to the ground,

and david and his mid-section photo-bombed the whole thing.

grandparents and kiddos,

and observation tower lookouts.

late day relaxation,

and end of day downtown holiday parade!

and after the kiddos were all tucked into bed, me, a cat, and david did some pingpong.
