early fall

it's been a busy time. birthday party sunsets from pretty campsites...

dinner with swedish cousins (who i met last week for the first time in my life!),


regatta watching,


cage-free drives through town,


bike rides to the skatepark,


and the zoo run (in which i ran a 10 k in the hot morning sun with my ugly race face well intact),


and in which these amazing kids killed the half mile race with a smile on their sweet faces. they're just the best.
