wisconsin summer is a good time. madison summer is an even better time. there is so much to do, and it flies by pretty quickly. even though an entire month remains before school resumes, many of the big things are already drawing to a close. the orchestra's weekly concerts on the square--a long held family favorite--has ended. our time to babysit the school garden is over. even our free neighborhood kids morning camp (east side express) is over.
the concert we finally got to attend was all beatles covers, and the second act was abbey road from start to finish. very satisfying. we danced.
the garden yields from lapham were gorgeous, and worthy pay for the work.
a little playground ice cream to say goodbye to morning camp.
time, man. it goes faster every year.
