a morning on the town

james and ramona got digital cameras for christmas.  they have always wanted to take pictures with our phones, so it seemed like it would be fun to see what they would do with unfettered access to their own cameras.  yesterday, james and i headed out on the town for a morning of errands, and here is what it looked like through the lens of a 4 year old:

the view from the backseat

first stop; underground butcher; for pork shoulder (tacos) and ham (sandwiches)

second stop; willy tech shop; for a cord to connect my new video projector to my iphone

(he LOVED this screen saver)

third stop; the gap; to exchange some jeans

walking down state street

(james took a selfie of us)

fourth stop; radio shack; to get a second cord to connect the cord i mentioned earlier (which successfully connects to my iphone but not my projector) to my projector

it was a fine morning for silly but somewhat necessary errands.  now, seeing the whole thing from his view makes it all the more enjoyable.

Very good picture taking, James.

I don't look at your blog everyday, which is why I'm commenting late on some of these. The selfie of you and James is going down in history as one of my faves. I love you guys. So proud of the amazing father you've become, although not shocked at all. The apple didn't fall too far......
