this year, i'm thankful for the car and the good weather that delivered my sister and her family to my parents' house. i'm thankful for the airplane that delivered my other sister and her family to my parents' house. the time we had together was brief but wonderful, complete with a ton of running, playing, giggling cousins, and an epic slide show of our own running, playing and giggling as siblings in the 1980s.
