class of 2013

after 4 long hard years, david is finally done with law school. i am so tremendously proud of his success at the university of wisconsin. i witnessed his commitment of time, energy and emotion; i witnessed his frustrations and achievements; i witnessed the hard days and the easi(er) days. he did such a hard hard thing, and made it look easy. he never complained, he never shirked his other responsibilities. he went to work every day, and he came home every night. sometimes he didn't go to bed, and he lost a lot of valuable time with our babies, at his office, and working on our home. his sacrifices were real, but he did it all so well. and now it's over. dr. staple, esquire: the coolest graduate we know.
