becoming pullets

our little chicks are quickly becoming young chickens. soon they'll be able to start taking outdoor excursions to meet rose, the lone remaining member of our first generation of chickens (fingers crossed for a smooth introduction). in a few more weeks they'll be ready to move from basement brooder to outdoor coop. exciting stuff for a urban farmer. here are the latest snaps of our little [first] ladies:
