goodbye, sophia

sophia petrillo, the top of the golden girls' pecking order and our alpha chicken for 3 years, has died from some mystery chicken illness. we are so sorry to see her go. she was an awfully beautiful white plymouth rock chicken, and her soft white glow will be missed. sure, she was a bossy meany sometimes, but hey! she was a chicken!
