readers of this blog may have already noticed, but i can't spell. i'm not just sort of bad at spelling. i can't spell anything. it was very worrisome for my elementary school teachers. it didn't get an better; i still can't spell. however, it turned out that spelling is way less important nowadays than it used to be. lucky me! unfortunately, there are still times where my inability to spell gets put on display, and there isn't anything I can do about it. homophones present one such instance. that brings be to the impetus for this post. when i commented on marta's mother's day post, i meant "beat," not...
you probably figured it out from the context clues. see, spelling isn't so important after all.

You guys should try grilling beets. They're delicious. At the same time trying dropping funky beats, freestyle. They're scrumptious.
From one who spent many Thursday nights helping you prep for your spelling test, you lucked out when they came up with spell check. With homophones, you're not so lucky.
i all honesty, I can't spell well either... and spell check isn't much help with medical notes!
