summer summer summertime

mmmmm, summer. so hot. so full of bugs. so much fun! how we love thee.

there's so much to do, but it should always include a healthy dose of playground slides,
backyard pool time,
ice cream cones at neighborhood festivals,
fireworks in the driveway (and terrifying sparklers on the front steps!),
and beach time (get off the phone, david!).
