smarty pants

i've mentioned david's award-winning writing in the past on this blog, but i am excited to announce that the uw law school has photographed david, receiving his "best brief" plaque, with the dean of the law school, and with his legal writing professor.
we have it from a reliable source that one of the heads in this photo has been replaced with photoshop (due to a problem during the photograph; no gruesome injuries, i assure you). i don't know about you, but i'm thinking the law school has an ace photoshopper on staff. looks pretty good to me!
