marta has 31 years, just like gallium has 31 daltonsprotons. other similarities are that they both occur in trace amounts in nature, are soft and silvery, and liquefy slightly above room temperature. here's to marta, gallium, and 31.
Happy Birthday, Marta! Hope it is an awesome one. I love gallium. I will always remember the photo in my freshman chemistry book of it melting in someone's hand. Not to bring you down on your birthday, but gallium has 69.7 daltons, on average. But, gallium always has 31 protons. I'm positive. Ha!

that's an embarrassing error on my part. I guess I better go back to chemistry school.
somehow... that's a romantic posting... but the proton/dalton mix up did ruin it a bit for me : p
Marta is gold in my book... bright gold : )
Happy gallium Birthday Marta! It certainly is an auspicious year. Live it up while you can, I hear Germanium's a real B!
