brrrr....

it currently is 15 degrees below zero in madison, wi. the wind chill is -29, but the capital times reports that it may drop as the day progresses and the wind picks up. the high temperature today is expected to be -5 and the low tonight is supposed to break -20. to compound matters, 1.5 inches of snow yesterday brought this winter's total up to 53.7 inches, an entire foot more than this date last year (last year set the madison record for snow fall). this certainly has been some welcome back to the world of winter.
