this is a picture of the most recent beer we've brewed. marta's mom gave us several bags of hops that she grew in her garden this summer, so we gave it a couple extra infusions of hops. we haven't tasted it yet, but it will be ready any day now. hoppy holidays!

Happy Holidays indeed. I will be very interested to hear how your newest beer tastes. Is it a holiday ale or a beer with some interesting hops? I'd ask for you to bring one out next month but with airport security I think that's too much to ask. I'll save some Obama Ale (not our most recent brew, but our best by far) for when you come out. I'd really like to try some of Mrs. Scott's hops, though, if she has any left.
Hopefully they are Great Scott Hops!
