That is awesome.. it almost makes watching fun... almost. I just love these things because both people talk about how horrible the other person is... so if you believe there is some truth to both sides either way we end up getting a horrible president. I also think the term "debate" is used very loosly. Isnt a moderater supposed to stop debaters from talking about random crap when you are supposed to be debating?

It was clearly not a debate. I mean, Palin actually flat-out said she was not going to answer the questions the way the moderator wanted. And obviously she didn't mean she was not going to take Ifill's position on the issues, she meant she was not going to answer the questions Ifill was asking. Which begs the question, why is there even a moderator? Have you ever seen Around the Horn on ESPN? While it is a pretty anoying show due to the anoying sportswriters that are on it, they employ a great debate tool. The moderator has a button he can press to mute a person's microphone. I think the moderator in these political debates should be able to press such a button whenever they start going off-topic and talking about random crap. There should also be a penalty box where debators go after saying stupid stuff. I mean, I can't believe Palin actually said "Joe six pack". What? Seriously? That should be at least 2 mintues in the bin and the repeaded winks were dangerously close to earning her a game misconduct.
