yardwork slows down a bit when a baby and a camera are involved. yardwork comes to a halt when beer and hammocks are added. but this weekend's landscaping, weeding, and mulching got done. after all that work, we unwound in the evening sun with a good book.

i love these pictures. i have looked at them a couple times- i can't help it- she is just so cute (and sweet, pretty, clever, expressive...)!
