field trips

we are starting to leave the house for more than pediatrician visits, and it's going pretty well. ramona has been to the uw bursar's office, and it was a smashing success (no photos available). in the past three days, we've had three successful pedestrian excursions in the neighborhood.

our first walking trip took us through the wintertime wonderland of tenney park. david sported a smart-looking baby bump.

bundled baby, proud mother (those snow suits are tricky!)

yesterday's perambulation brought us to willy street to buy stamps at shafer's pharmacy, and to enjoy a spicy bloody mary at the weary traveler.

today's walk was a sunny stroll through the neighborhood, ending with some lounging on the sun soaked front porch.

  1. I thought you were joking about the Bloody Mary's. That beats taking Becky to the liquor store to buy a bottle of Mateus.

  5. Company, would you classify that as a bro or a manzier? Looks comfortable for father and child.
